When this card is Synchro Summoned: You can add 1 Level 8 or lower Fiend monster from your Deck to your hand, except a LIGHT or DARK monster, and if you do, this card's Level becomes that monster's Level. (Quick Effect): You can Tribute 1 monster; Set 1 "Void" Spell/Trap directly from your Deck. When the total Levels/Ranks of all Effect Monsters you control is 8 or lower: You can banish 4 "Infernoid" monsters from your hand or GY; Special Summon this card from your GY. You can only use each effect of "Infernoid Harwail" once per turn.

But yeah, this Vaccum-Tube-Computer-named, Decatron-Tuner-Type-justifying, oversized Synchro Fiend is meant to help with the Noids even more than they have already. Banishes an extra Infernoid from the GY to Summon it out, but it pays for itself with more Void Feast spam. And really, searching Fiends is the new hotness right now, right Dark Occultism?
