Shuffle all cards on the field and in each players hand into the Deck, then, both players draw 4 cards. For the rest of this turn after this card resolves, you cannot Special Summon monsters and all battle damage dealt to your opponent becomes 0. You can only activate "Global Reset" once per turn.
