[Written] Bombardment Restitution

This is a card I thought of as a neat little comeback card. if your opponent pulls off a field nuke vs you while you have this, you will get your "restitution" in the form of draws. I'm not sure if the draw power is too strong, but in order to get a massive draw, you have to have a lot of cards destroyed by your opponent. 

 

Some quick ruling examples to better explain this card. 

"Both of these effects include both cards destroyed in a single activation and all cards destroyed in the same chain"

You control 3 monsters 

Your opponent has a set Torrential Tribute 

You normal summon a monster 

Your opponent activates Torrential Tribute, destroying all 4 monsters 

 

The result: you get 5 draws, since 4 monsters were destroyed in the single activation

Your opponent has 3 MSTs in their hand 

You have 3 set spell/trap cards ( including bombardment restitution ) 

Your opponent activates all 3 MSTs in a chain ( resulting in a chain of 3 ) 

All 3 of your spell/trap cards are destroyed

 

The result: you get 3 draws, since 3 cards were destroyed in the same chain

If a card(s) you control is destroyed by your opponent’s card effect and sent to your GY: Draw 1 card, then draw 1 additional card for each card that was destroyed. If this card you control is destroyed by your opponent’s card effect and sent to your GY: You can draw 1 card, then draw 1 additional card for each card that was destroyed, except this card, if any. Both of these effects include both cards destroyed in a single activation and all cards destroyed in the same chain. You can only use 1 effect of “Bombardment Restitution” per turn, and only once that turn.
