Based on the number of "#" Monster you control and/or in your GY you can apply 1 or more of the following effect:

@ 0 or more: When a "#" Monster is summoned, you can Draw cards equal to the number on its names and then Shuffle 1 card from your hand to your deck for each multiple of 2 cards you draw.

@ 1 or more: Each of "#" Monster you control gain ATK and DEF equal to total number on either its own name and/or on names of monster(s) with the same Type and Attribute as that monster on your field and GY x200

@ 2 or more: You can Tribute 1 "#" Monster you control and declare a number of card type (monster,spell, trap) equal to the number of "#" monster(s)with same type and attribute as the tributed monster but with different names in your GY other than tributed monster, Special Summon 1 "#" Monster from your hand, Deck, or GY with the same Type and Attribute as the tributed monster. that monster cannot be targeted or be destroyed by opponent card effect that same as declared type(s).

with the advent of Galaxy Satellite Dragon in couple hours ago. using numbers that on the card names as effect requirement is a thing now so i wanna jump in fast.

 

the irl monsters this card mentions is a pretty trashy so while i wont expect competitive plays from it as a deck at least this card is the nice engine for them. at its prime, if you play a Sasuke Samurai Deck and you use this card effects on its full potential. you can Summon Sasuke Samurai #4 thats gonna give you a +2 advantage (after the initial draw 4) that has target & destruction  immunity to at least 2 card types with respectable 3200/3200 body
