Even though you based this card on Eradicator Epidemic Virus, Epidemic seems better since it lasts for 3 other turns, but Epidemic is already not that good so there's that. But I would at least change the effect to "Tribute 1 DARK monster with 3000 or more ATK, and declare 1 type of card (Spell or Trap); look at your opponent's hand, all Spells/Traps they control, and all cards they draw until the end of their 3rd turn after this card's activation, and shuffle all cards of that type into the Deck."

 

Alternatively, the tributing effect could be changed to something more versatile like banishing, and so you could have "Banish 1 DARK monster from your hand, field or GY with 3000 or more ATK, and declare 1 type of card (Spell or Trap); look at your opponent's hand, all Spells/Traps they control, and all cards they draw until the end of their 3rd turn after this card's activation, and shuffle all cards of that type into the Deck.". What do you think?
