So Guardians are a card concept based of MTG's plainswalkers where similer to them they have + and - skills that you can use one of the following per turn and only once that turn where its based on their Aura (similer to loyalty for Plainswalkers) in addition monsters can attack Guardians to damage them where for every 1000 ATK a monster has it removes 1 Aura off that Guardian.
Next a Guardian can be activated from the Extra Deck acting as your 16th Extra Deck card (you can only have 1 Guardian in the Extra Deck and does not count towards the Extra Deck Limit.) using the listed monsters need to play them and are placed to new zones between the field and Extra Monster Zones as Guardian Zones.
Lastly Guardians are Special Cards that are no actually monsters neither are they Spells or Traps.

Star Saint - Sagittarius the Precise
2 Warrior monsters
After activation, if you control no monsters: you can Special Summon 1 Level 7 or lower Warrior monster from your GY ignoring its summoning conditions.
[+2] Target 1 monster you control, the targeted monster can inflict piercing battle damage during the Battle Phase this turn.
[-2] Your opponent draws 1 card and reveals it, then, apply the following effect depending on the type of card.
* Monster: Inflict damage to your opponent equal to the revealed cards ATK.
* Spell or Trap: Your opponent sends the revealed card to the GY.
[-10] Destroy all cards on your opponents side of the field, then, inflict 500 points of damage for each card destroyed by this effect.

Beast monsters gain ATK equal to the number of Beast monsters you control x 200.
[+1] Destroy 1 face-down card your opponent controls.
[-2] Target 1 monster you control, it can attack twice during the Battle Phase this turn.
[-8] Double the ATK of all monsters you controls and monsters you control cannot be destroyed by battle or by card effects during the Battle Phase this turn.

2 WATER monsters
You can Normal Summon 1 WATER monster in addition to your Normal Summon/Set each turn.
[+1] Target 1 Special Summoned monster your opponent controls, destroy the targeted card.
[-2] Special Summon 1 WATER monster from your GY in Defense Position.
[-9]Negate the effects of all face-up cards your opponent controls and the ATK and DEF of all monsters your opponent controls becomes 0.
