You can only Special Summon "Fiver Dragon" this way once per turn. During your Main Phase: you can send 1 Dragon monster from your Deck to your GY; Special Summon 1 Dragon monster from your Deck with the same name as the card that was sent to the GY, but its effects are negated and cannot attack this turn. During your Main Phase: you can banish 5 Dragon monsters including this card from your GY; Special Summon 1 "Five-Headed Dragon" from your Extra Deck (this Special Summon is treated as a Fusion Summon.)
