So yeah, that's a double-floating monster you can work with. Thanks to the Special Summon caveat, however, only the original Summoned Crowing Tengu can be brought back. Also, the WIND restriction limits shenanigans. However, Harpie Conductor, Rubber Band Shooter, Lightning Chidori and Tornado Dragon are still things. And also, considering how short yet effective this effect is this time, this card really is for the whipsmart. So much so... \ So, until the next card; reviews, revelry, you know the drill.
