Here's an archetype I came up with the potentially dangerous (due to creation of FTKs and loops) concept of returning cards to your hand. I tried my best to stop this from happening by adding a lot of once per turn clauses, though I'll admit I'm not the best at Yu-Gi-Oh and haven't properly played it in a good while so hopefully there aren't too many glaring issues with this...

 

(just as a side note wherever it says "Silver Wind" it's referring to cards with Silver Wind or Silver Winds in their card name)

Blizzerd - The Silver Wind Dragon

If 3 or more Spell/Trap cards have been returned to either player's hand this turn: You can Special Summon this card from your hand or Graveyard. When Special Summoned this way: Activate as many "Silver Wind" Spell Cards from your hand as possible, ignoring activation conditions. Once per turn you can return all Spell/Trap cards on the field to their owner's hands. Your opponent cannot activate Spell/Trap cards in response to this effect. You can only Special Summon "Blizzerd - The Silver Wind Dragon" once per turn. While this card is face-up on the field, you cannot activate Set cards during your opponent's turn or Special Summon monsters except "Silver Wind" monsters.

Arrail - The Silver Wind Archer

When this card is Normal or Special Summoned you can return 1 face-up "Silver Wind" Spell/Trap card from your side of the field to your hand to add 1 "Silver Wind" monster from your Deck to your hand. While you control this face-up card you cannot activate Set cards during your opponent's turn or Special Summon monsters except "Silver Wind" monsters.

While this card is face-up on the field, you cannot activate Set cards during your opponent's turn or Special Summon monsters except "Silver Wind" monsters.

"Silver Wind" Spell Cards you control cannot be destroyed. If a Defence Position "Silver Wind" monster you control would be destroyed by a card effect, you can return 1 "Silver Wind" Spell Card you control to your hand instead. If this face-up card is returned from your side of the field to your hand, you can add 1 "Blizzerd - The Silver Wind Dragon" from your Deck to your hand. You can only activate "Valley of the Silver Winds" once per turn.

During your turn, except the turn this card was sent to the Graveyard: You can banish this card from your Graveyard to activate 1 "Silver Wind" Continuous Spell card from your Graveyard.

When this card is Special Summoned you can return 1 face-up "Silver Wind" Spell Card you control to your hand to target 1 monster you control except "Sirrol - The Silver Wind Cloud Bird"; Return that target to your hand and then Special Summon 1 monster from your hand with a different name whose levels are the same or less than the targeted monster's level. While you control this face-up card you cannot activate Set cards during your opponent's turn or Special Summon monsters except "Silver Wind" monsters.

If this card is returned to your hand while it is treated as a Continuous Spell Card apply the following effect: Negate the first attack of your opponent's Battle Phase next turn. While you control this face-up card you cannot activate Set cards during your opponent's turn or Special Summon monsters except "Silver Wind" monsters.

Silver Wind Convergence

If this card was returned from the field to your hand by the effect of a "Silver Wind" card you control: Fusion Summon 1 "Silver Wind" monster by sending the appropriate Fusion Material Cards to your GY. While you control a face-up Fusion Summoned "Silver Wind" monster, monsters your opponent controls can only target Fusion Monsters you control with attacks and effects. You can place this card from your hand in your Spell & Trap Card Zone as a Continuous Spell Card. You can only use this effect of "Silver Wind Floating Fortress" once per turn. If only your opponent controls a monster you can SS this card (from your hand). While you control this face-up card you cannot activate Set cards during your opponent's turn or Special Summon monsters except "Silver Wind" monsters.

Slazz - The Silver Wind Storm Caller

When this card is Special Summoned, add "Silver Wind" monsters with different names from your Deck or Graveyard to your hand whose levels equal the combined number of Wind monsters x2 on the field. You can only activate this effect of "Slazz -The Silver Wind Storm Caller" once per turn. While you control this face-up card you cannot activate Set cards during your opponent's turn or Special Summon monsters except "Silver Wind" monsters.

Believe it or not, I see no problems with this Archetype. The restriction is basically non-existent if you play it pure, which is likely what that restriction is intended to make the player do. This is the most fun i've ever had just reading an archetype. It's fun, new, the artwork is gorgeous, and every card ties in perfectly with the theme without feeling out of place or gimmicky. Everything supports each other, as an archetype should. To be honest, I could almost call it perfect if it wasn't for the fact that I know someone else will likely find some problems with it. I can feel the pictures coming to life on every card. and it makes the experience of reading the effects that much cooler. Really good job, man!
