Head Judging
Continuous Trap
You can use the (1)st effect with this card’s name only once per turn.
(1) When either player activates a monster effect on the field: You can have the activating player toss 1 coin and call it. If they call it right, send this card to the GY. If they call it wrong, negate that activation, and if you do, that player gives control of that monster to their opponent.

Downside is too harsh with the chance of being nothing but a -1.
If it gave a strike system like "if it goes tails 3 times, send it to the GY" instead.
That way it'd still have the self removal risk but it wouldn't be such a... well... gamble...

there are cards that fix the coin flip.
