Careless Whisper
Not to sound rude or anything, but these are not really that good. They are horribly overpowered, and they should have effects. Lower to level and ATK and DEF and give them effects and they'll be decent.
Larxene
Insanely overpowered.

Verebazs2
Use this page to improve yourself: http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Main_PageIt's really useful.1: Fake-types. Most people don't like them, but if they're well built-designed I don't see any bad with them. Unfortunately I can't say this human-type is well built. And it's just pointless. Since they're all wizards and witches change them to Spellcaster-type... alright Hagrid would mach better to Warrior-type. About OCG/TCG types you can learn more here: http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Type2: Photos: Again almost nobody likes cards with photos. You can find a lot of great Harry Potter artworks on the net, try for example deviantart. 3: People neither like Vanillas (Normal Monsters). They're boring, and quite helpless by themselves. But for G**' sakes! If you insist to create them, at least give each of them their own real description, not that lame "Harry Potter arriving in Yugioh" speech. It's just ridiculous. 4: ATK/DEF, Level: All of your cards have terribly high stats. There are 3 rules for ATK stats: Rule of 2000, 3000, and 5000. There are no Vanillas with 12stars and such high power for a really good reason: they're beatsticks, who could bring OTKs too easily, but it's also quite easy to turn them against the owner, here's my favourite example: http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/YubelSorry, but I can't give you better than 1.5/
greg1220
OMG it's extremely awful. Gee man try to make one or two actually WORTHY cards.
BlueEyes22
Epic fail. 1 human is not a type 2 Descritptions are crap 3 levels are too high. And Lockhart should be level 1 ATK 0 and DEF 0. 1-
