Producing a server would not be an issue, there would be two options (that do not involve the IcyBoards setup).

  1. Purchasing a Server sub from Ip.Boards
  2. Purchasing a client-based sub service, which would be ran on a local server (which I can facilitate)

The whole purchasing lark didn't go through based on the fact that YCMaker did not want to sell the site not that it didn't go through per se, the only issue we would face would be site commitment and user-base. Making a site that would gain enough traffic and actually be a site that can be found easily, what I mean by this is that whenever you search for Yugioh Card Maker or "make yugioh cards" this site is always the first, if anyone is actually interested in my inputs on this topic-I am more than willing to go into detail but the base of it is.

The cost outweighs the potential positives.

Whilst I cannot input on the above points (which I'm surprised no one has replied to) I can talk about the current outages that members from YCM are dealing with.

Cloudflare is having Minor Service Outages which may very well be the cause of the issues https://www.cloudflarestatus.com/ it would explain why some members are not having these issues as sever routing is different for everyone, I have yet to contact YCMaker as I believe this is something that he cannot resolve and we need to wait on Cloudflare to sort out. It would also be key for Supers to check ACP to see if there are any forms of error messages that can be seen, probably will need to look at the Dashboard or something along those lines (I have far more experience with the latest version of IP.B so apologies for not giving super concise advice on that front)

I would urge people to calm down as this doesn't seem like an impossible task to resolve, it's more just a case of waiting for Cloudflare to sort their things out and hopefully we can see where that takes us. If once cloudlfare have resolved their issues and we're still facing these problems, I will contact YCMaker.

I also mentioned this in a status bar message however I feel an appropriate post might be reasonable, to get the information further out there.

Due to the sites current issues with uploading to IMGUR and just Uploading files in general, until I can get a look at the backend (or a super can figure out where to look based on my comments) I've looked into some alternatives for users that would allow you to upload with ease, so below I'm going to list some links that allow you to upload to imgur via right clicking an image (and selecting upload to imgur) whilst these aren't at all a permanent solution they are something that will make your lives easier.

If anyone is unsure about these or have issues, I am more than willing to help you through the process-just PM me.

I think writing down an official statement on when specific punishments are handed out or at least a general idea is a good thing to get done.

edit: I want to clarify that even though the rules do state that temp bans are given out, there really isn't anything that states when exactly they are given out and for what criteria that is for.

I would say that it used to showcases your knowledge of the site and your experience with it's members but I think it's become vastly irrelevant now.
