That's...not how Link Monsters work...but since you took liberties with the original prompt, I will take liberties with yours.

Thaumaturge of Dark Illusion
DARK/Spellcaster/Link/Effect/2500 ATK/LINK-3

2+ Spellcaster monsters, including a "Dark Magician"
If this card is Link Summoned: You can reveal 1 Fusion Monster from your Extra Deck that lists "Dark Magician" or "Dark Magician Girl" as a Fusion Material, then target 1 "Dark Magician" in your GY; banish the targeted "Dark Magician", and if you do, Special Summon the revealed Fusion Monster to a zone this card points to. (This Special Summon is treated as a Fusion Summon). You can only use this effect of "Thaumaturge of Dark Illusion" once per turn. Once per turn (Quick Effect): You can target 1 Spellcaster monster in your GY and 1 card your opponent controls or is in their GY; banish both targets. If this card leaves the field because of your opponent's card (either by battle or by card effect): You can target 1 banished "Dark Magician" and 1 banished monster; Special Summon both targets.

If all monsters you control are Insect monsters (min. 1): You can Special Summon this card from your hand. You can only Special Summon "Motor Worm Loader Drone" once per turn this way. If this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can Special Summon 1 "Motor Worm Token" (Insect/LIGHT/Level 1/0 ATK/0 DEF) in face-up Defense Position to either side of the field, also you cannot Normal or Special Summon Level 3 or higher monsters for the rest of this turn. You can only use this effect of "Motor Worm Loader Drone" once per turn. While this card is in your GY, if an Insect Link Monster would leave the field because of your opponent's card (either by battle or by card effect), you can destroy 1 "Motor Worm Token" instead.

Motor Worm Transport Drone

Your opponent's monsters cannot target "Motor Worm Tokens" for attacks.

If you control no Level 3 or higher monsters: Pay half of your LP; Special Summon the same number of "Motor Worm Tokens" (Insect/LIGHT/Level 1/0 ATK/0 DEF) on each player's field in Defense Position, so as to Summon as many as possible, then, you can banish a number of cards on your opponent's side of the field, up to the number of "Motor Worm Tokens" that were Special Summoned to zones your Insect Link Monsters point to. You cannot Special Summon monsters, except Insect monsters, during the turn you activate this effect. If you have a "Motor Worm" monster in your GY: You can banish this card from your GY; this turn, "Motor Worm" monsters you control cannot be destroyed by battle, also you take no damage this turn. You can only use 1 "Motor Worm Swam" effect per turn, and only once that turn.

Because it just needs a LV4 or lower Cyberse, this means that you can tech in other Cyberse cards like Backup Secretary and Lady Debug that aren't FIRE, and just turn them into Veilynx so you can ladder into the bigger Salamangreats.
Pretty good, IMO. Salamangreats are turning into my new favorite Deck.

Just what they needed: a Gouki Re-Match, a Backup Secretary, and a Wolfbark.
And the new boss monster (of an archetype of boss monsters) is icing on the cake.
Plus, Pegasus opens up the deck to adding more into their Xyz toolbox.
And with Qliphort Genius being the deck's unofficial Link boss, I can get onboard (pun intended) with this support.

Salamangreat Silver Serpent

Once per turn (Quick Effect): You can target 1 Link Monster on the field; place a Heat Counter on that monster (max. 1). Whenever a monster with a Heat Counter is destroyed by battle: Inflict damage to your opponent equal to its ATK. While this card is in a zone a "Salamangreat" Link Monster points to, Link Monsters with a Heat Counter on them cannot be used for Link Summoned, and are no longer treated as linked or co-linked, even if they would be. If this card was Synchro Summoned using a “Salamangreat Silver Serpent” as material, negate the effects of Link Monsters your opponent controls with Heat Counters, also they are unaffected by your opponent's card effects.

Next: Make a Synchro for an archetype that has a Tuner, but not a Synchro.
