I hope the new expansion pushes this card out of the meta somewhat. It's infuriating trying to come up with a Forest Deck that doesn't heavily rely around this card. And Aerin. And Wolf. And Warden. and Ancient Elf. And Elven Princess Mage.

Necromancy (3): Summon a Zombie. Repeat for remaining shadows or until your area is full.
Fanfare: Give all other allied followers +2/+0 and Rush until the end of the turn (whether Necromancy was activated or not) .

 

I actually have differing opinions about this meta than I first thought. After playing around for a little bit with this guy, I've figured out that, hey, Shadow can auto-kill most things in the game, including Dragon. With the incorporation of Prince Catacomb, Shadow can just make your field sticky so that you're always getting Shadows for this guy, and Orthrus is just straight up broken, being a better version of Cerberus.

 

The entire concept of MR Shadow as a whole revolving around this guy makes the Deck incredibly fun to play, even if Eachtar is a bit stupid right now in terms of power level. While I enjoy playing the Deck, it isn't fair to topdeck this and instantly get a field back and kill the entire opponent's field from one card. But still fun.

At the end of your turn, restore 3 defense to your leader if Overflow is active for you.

 

Why?

 

Why does Dragoncraft need something like this?

 

They already have Draconic Fervor which is a 3-of in almost every Dragoncraft Deck, followed by Dragon Oracle which is a 3-of, Dragon Nest which restores 2 and gives you a free card while you have Overflow, and Saha -> Luci combo which demolishes Aggro Decks.

 

Dragon right now heals more than the f***ing healing class. Same with Forest.

 

f*** this game. Just seriously.
