You're burning your normal on it. You're going to need stuff like speeder and the one butterfly card you keep tryna push. If you get 2 card combos to resolve a simple effect, at the very least you need to give your opponent those same options. If you're doing all this to snip hand-traps, it's just not worth ityou play IRL right, why even bother about a card that wont be TCG legal for a format


All I read is "why do people run armageddon knights its a one card extra link but it wastes your normal"

Volcanic Scattershot: Widow Anchor their Cerberus and proceed to pound town essentially. Pairs will with Kagari if time is near.

Volcanic Doomfire: Honestly I only made this deck cause I found an ulti 1st edition Doomfire in my box of jank lmao. Raigeki burn. Good guy. Only one cause he's actually not that great, but if I see it and resolve it wew.

Twin Twisters: Playing at 3 cause I expect a lot of cucks to play Altergeist, Draco and Paleo. Also to hit Trickstars who main Rivalry and Gozen.

Called by the Grave: Generic "no" to hand traps. Hits other niche targets. Playing for the mirror match cause I would use Called on my turn to banish their Kagari. This turns Kagari off on their turn but makes it live during my turn.

Shared Ride: Maining and not siding because this card is the shit in the mirror match. I know at least 3 players who are playing the mirror that I expect to be playing against at the top tables so worth the spot.

Multirole: Not playing pure so no room for 3.

Foolish Burial of Goods: An outdated tech in SS. Playing this because it has the added bonus of sending Blaze Accelerator Reload from deck to GY.

Blaze Accelerator Reload: Really just to abuse Scattershot and prevent my opponent from setting up. Great with Twin Twisters because I can activate it in the same chain link I activate Twin Twisters.

Isolde Without Cherries: Using this to play around Rivalry of the Warlords. Hornet Drones and Raye are both Warriors. If Rivalry is up I can be kinda fucked depending on the game state. Allows me to link up and activate my Sky Striker spells.

Gamma:  Catches opponents off guard. Good for Multifaker, Draco, Naturia Beast etc.

Wattgirafe: The cheese mcgoo. Funny in games close to time but we are mostly using this for it's effect. Gets past decks that set 5 pass. Important for turning off Strikes, Ash, Droll etc. Main Phase 2 link this in Clara and Rushka to activate Sky Striker spells

Unending Nightmare: Siding this over Jamming Waves. Turns off annoying floodgates like Rivalry, Gozen, Imperial Order, Anti-Spell. Pops Altergeist continuous traps. Good against Dracos.

There Can Only Be One: Threw this in last night. This card is fucking crazy. Literally has 0 clash with Sky Strikers. Tricktars can't summon Lycoris because Lycoris hits the field before it returns a monster. This shuts off their reoccurring engine. Gamma can't activate due to summoning 2 psychics. Multifaker gets blocked. Gouki's cry. Good card.

This isn't even the worst version of the deck. You gotta send Armityle from extra to grave with the new Foolish or Gale Dogra. Copy its name and effect with Phantom of Chaos and have Gravekeeper's Vassal on field. Use Union Attack to make Vassal gain the attack of Phantom. He cant deal battle damage this turn but the mad fucker's effect makes him deal effect damage.

that's what i though, but thanks. In that case, this card actually has a pretty large potential in the trickstar matchup, assuming you search/excavate more than you actually draw.

 

Another card you could use to make your opponent not fuck you with Reincarnation is Ash Blossom rather than destroying your Extra Deck.

Rivalry would break up cerberus

CL 1 Rivalry
CL 2 Trigate
CL 3 Witch's Strike

Cerberus will protect but they lose their hand and the flood remains which sets it apart from setting sth like Strike (cancels out firewall add)
Stun decks can afford a turn to do this when they have no choice to go second post side


If it was the other way around, going 2nd to a stun deck is also affordable since they cant kill you t3

Gumblar ruins this because you go second with 4 less cards so its less likely you will be able to assemble flood + witch's strike

 

But they didn't have many cards in hand. The flood does not remain because Trigate Wizard negated and banished it. Your chain link is off as well

 

CL1 Rivalry

Cl 2 Trigate

 

New CL 1: Witch's Strike.

 

Trigate has to fully resolve and negate something for you to activate Witch's Strike. You just lost your floodgate and your Witch's Strike hit the moon instead of your opponent.

 

I don't know why you keep bringing up Gumblar cause it's really not that common at the moment lol. Gumblar is older news when people were still play shit like Aqua Dolhpin

Indulgence looks real nuts tho restricted with True Draco decks in mind. Its practically pot of greed like desires was

Witch's strike is kind of weird 180 to beat decks like trigate T1. Its not as powerful with gumblar around tho

Vs stun decks the option of passing going 2nd is even more viable, hurts demise decks a lot

Vs negate boards you can use this in a stun deck combined with a flood to insta-win if you go second

It looks viable enough once gumblar is gone

 

Witch's Strike will never break a Trigate board regardless if Gumblar was a card

 

1. Ceberus

2. They dump their hand regardless to make the board

3. Cerberus

4. See 2

 

This card will probably see meta play like 18 years down the road but it dies to everything too easily. Negate boards aren't super common at the moment. It's way too slow. It's designed as a turn 2 card but is a trap so it's a turn 3 card. Afterburners > ur strats bro
