Gotta love it when you've been in a wonderful mood lately but then your brain digs out old problems that you can generally compartmentalize or ignore.
@Furudo Erika Man you make me want to think about shit even more but I'm reasonably sure that my frontal lobe is melting

Hey, I just want to apologize for my statuses and my comments. It's clear that I can be an emotional idiot, and I should know better than that. I know that I have sounded like a broken record thinking "this can not be all me, others must have some responsibility in this too", but that's just me trying to shift the blame and claim that I've been giving 110% in trying to change when I've really been half-assing it lately. I'm not sure what else I should say here, so I'll leave it at that. Once again, I'm sorry.
Saying "I have a problem" shouldn't be something that makes you feel better, either, so don't let yourself feel like this is enough.
Apologizing doesn't lift a burden. Time does. Not making mistakes in the future does. Work on that.

"I have a problem" and "I acknowledge it's a problem and seek to solve it" are two different things. You can tell yourself the latter but that doesn't mean you actually feel that way on the inside.

Alcohol just tastes like garbage and being drunk isn't fun to me.

As much as I love discussing politics, it's just getting more and more frustrating these days. It feels like I just have completely different intentions and methods than anyone else I'd discuss it with.
The voice that screams at me to not be a lazy piece of shit is a lot louder when I'm not drowning it out with memes and depression.
