A notice board indicated my bus would be canceled, meaning I'd have to wait more than half an hour for the next. Despite that the bus did arrive on time, but I wasn't fully aware; luckily the busdriver recognized me (many different busses pass the busstop).

Windows decided to update; it took about an hour to do so. I get that updates are important for your computer's safety, but come on; it hardly should take that long.

Yea. My Mac is a Windows/Mac dualboot and my Toshiba is a Linux Mint single boot. I guess I haven't really bothered to get Mint on my Mac. *shrugs*

I had to buy a new computer because the new updates bricked my old one.

@UltimateIRS That doesn't sound good. Though you might have been able to "fix" it by starting with a fresh operating system.

Google recently changed their design (or I noticed only recently). It however doesn't follow thier own design guidelines anymore… weird.

No, I meant the style in which they present the search results. Used to be "tiles", but now they are styled like "cards". Not sure whether this only applies to mobile devices though.

A lot of corners have been rounded, and most things now have a drop-shadow.

31 octal is equal to 25 decimal. Strip a few letters and you get "31 oct = 25 dec". In other words Christmas and Halloween are the same.

Hanging toilet paper in front is officially better than hanging it behind. Where would we be without Splatfests to answer these important questions?

People who hang toilet paper behind instead of in front are the people who will lowkey sell their best friend to satan for a klondike bar.

The patent shows hanging toilet paper in front.

This isn't even up for debate.

Place the word "only" in the following sentence: "She said she loved him.".

Actually, I got it wrong. It's actually "She said only (that) she loved him" that doesn't work, if we're going by reported verbs-

The newest Splatfest (Splatoon 2) has the best theme ever: Toilet paper in front, or behind. #Sarcasm

If we learned anything from the election, the in-front people will just assume that it will be the favorable one, yet the behind people will come out on top due to their loyalty

A DJ on the radio brought up some weird laws from around the world; you have got to wonder what caused their creation. Like one where it is forbidden to have donkeys in a bathtub after 7 pm.
