I guess Zero wasnt that mad after all, was the REDMD hit because of guardragon loops or is it related to gandora?
And I was advocating for terrortop to come up the list, so much for that.
Cool they have raigeki back, wonder if that means we could get feather duster at some point, I am happy even if it is heavy storm
I do believe snow will find is way on the list again when dangers arrive there
Interesting pick on Denglong, i wouldnt mind if tcg has it back but I will say that 9 pillars will have to take its place then. It is still a cheap disruption because of that

Hello everyone, I'm a proud Quebecois who has been making custom cards for years now. Initially with the old version of the card maker on this site and later with more advanced tools such as Paint.Net. Here's my most recent custom card:
My main hobbies however, are programming and playing the card game, both of which I've done on a casual level since I was a 12 year old kid. If you've heard of me, it's probably because I made a now very dead game called Pointless Clicker, it was a bad parody of Cookie Clicker.
What I love to do is to combine my passion for Yu-Gi-Oh! and programming. Recently this has translated itself in the form of programming my custom card designs into a modified version of YGOPro. I swear I'll make a video very soon about that, you can count on it. Mostly crap designs though, because I tend to design a card more for the challenge to code it poses than balance or anything sensible and also because I like to rekt the computer with op cards... I'm sort of a very vindictive person and half of the cards where made right after I lost terribly against the AI haha.
As for serious designs, I tend to just remake already existing cards. However, they can take several hours to get right and sometimes, I just give up because it seems impossible to make it look good, like the uria one below. Here's three of my most recent ones:
Well, that was it. Thank you for reading down to the end of this post and I hope I didn't burn anyone's eyes with my crappy card designs or offended anyone for not giving credit (forgot who the guys who made the centre artworks are, sorry).
Uh bruh, don't apologize, this is fucking LIT

I've been hoping Konami unbanned outdated choices like Tribe Infecting Virus for a while, and they went ahead and released Cyber Stain instead.
I think I'll never drop the fact they errata'd Sinister Serpent as hard as they did and Phoenix Blade a year or so later became Sinister Serpent 4 times per turn.
Other than that, no complaints. I pulled like 10 Soul Charges from decks but cannot say I'm against what they did to it (I have a huge collection of cards with my brother IRL, and a ton of casual decks we use on each other... I don't really go around buying cards despite how this statement looks xD )
I'm against TCG constantly doing this. They release a problem archetype like Dangers, then ban cards that dangers cause problems with, and then dangers still cause problems

High Speedroid Kitdrake / Hi-Speedroid Kite
Wind Machine / Synchro / Effect
1 WIND Machine Tuner + 1+ non-Tuner monsters
You can only use this card name’s (1) and (2) effects once per turn each.
(1) If this card is Synchro Summoned: You can activate 1 of these effects.
-Destroy all other cards on the field.
-Negate the effects of all face-up cards your opponent currently controls.
(2) If this card is sent to the GY by an opponent’s card: You can add 1 “Speedroid” monster from your Deck to your hand.

Evilfusion was able to resolve the SQL issue in '14
Couldn't a solution be to give another person who is active the Evilfusion level of permissions to be able to keep this place up given YCMaker does have life commitments?
Pros: Active Admins, updated software
Cons: No posts or history from YCM, returning members can't access it
Reverse NCM's situation
Pretty clear way to resolve this if you look at it form this dynamic

My solution is a give and take. YCMaker updates the place to 4.2
NCM gets the YCM sql logs to keep as a back-up
YCMaker allows someone else to be able to get stuff back up if we have another error
More people should have a way to stay in contact, the whole mess of half us not knowing where to meet up is a problem.
A big issue with just moving to NCM is that a lot of old members who come back are going to walk into a ghost town here. When I made my first acct in 09 and showed back up in 12, if this situation had occurred then, I would have never found the community again.
Changes do need to happen, nobody is without blame, but the answer imo, is not to go tabula rasa
Keep NCM active, and allow the community to choose between which site they would rather go on. Nothing's stopping people from posting on both. Having Discord by no means hurt the site, despite it also being a second place for the community, and while that could be because Discord is a much more different format, compared to NCM and YCM sharing their own format, I don't see the harm in having YCM, NCM, and Discord all together.
People will gravitate wherever they feel like. It may not be beneficial to YCM or NCM, but just as long as the community is together, that's what's most important.
Divergent evolution. If you split a group in two, and let them grow on two separate islands, they grow apart and in some cases just aren't compatible anymore. My joke about not telling you about NCM was in bad taste, but this is the worst option. We're a close knit community for better or worse. Splitting it further just wont help us at all

Target 1 of your Machine or Rock-Type monsters, that is banished or is in your Graveyard, that cannot be Normal Summoned/Set; Special Summon it.
This is seeing a fair bit of play in OCG Sky Striker recently. Due to the limit of Katagiri & Hornet and the semi limits of Engage and Widow anchor, this card helps double as a quick play version of any of the links.
Might see potential in TCG

Nice. You don't have to give back the monster if this gets popped, right?
I can see this being a good generic option for card of demise decks.
Doesn't look like it, but I'd wait for rulings
decent i wouldn't compare it to snatch steal because what made it good was the speed and the LP pay back never really came to resolve because the game was over
True, but this can interrupt combos. Chain to Borrel-savage equip effect or Needlefiber your opponent summoned and be able to link it up.
Snatch is ironically better than change of heart now days
