So Nova Narrator is a Abyss Actor that helps the deck as a Link 2 that gives you 2 arrows to Pendulum Summon monsters back from your Extra Deck where it gets you a Script when summoned and prevents your opponent from activating cards when this or a Abyss Actor it points to attacks.

In Abyss Actors it can be set up with Pendulum Summoning if you get 2 scales and 3 monsters and if among the summoned monsters you have a Superstar you can get 2 scripts with both this and Superstar during that turn where this and Superstar can attack without any interruptions.

While you control "Stardust Dragon" and/or "Red Dragon Archfiend", you can Special Summon this card from your hand. You can only Special Summon "Majestic Crystal" this way once per turn. If this card is Special Summoned this way: Special Summon 1 "Majestic Dragon" from your Hand, Deck or GY to your side of the field. You can only activate this effect of "Majestic Crystal" once per turn. While this card is in your GY, "Majestic" Synchro monsters you control do not have to activate their effects during the End Phase that return them into the Extra Deck.

So Majestic Crystal is a card that supports the Majestic Synchros where it can summon itself of a Stardust or Red Dragon Archfiend to then Special Summon a Majestic Dragon from anywhere in order to set up for your Majestic Synchros. Lastly this card can also stop your Majestic Synchros from returning back to the Extra Deck while in the GY.

In Dragon Synchro Decks using RDD or Stardust this card can be handy for both setting up the Majestic Synchros and keep them on the field.

Activate this card while you control a "HERO" monster. Apply 1 off the following effects.
* Target 1 Spell/Trap card on your opponents side of the field, destroy the targeted card.
* Target 1 "HERO" monster you control, increase the targeted monsters ATK and by 1000 until your opponents next End Phase.
* Target 1 Trap Card in your GY, set that card, but banish it when it leaves the field.
During your Main Phase except the turn this card was sent to the GY: you can banish this card and 1 "HERO" monster from your GY; draw 1 card.
You can only activate each effect of "Utility Belt" once per turn.

So Utility Belt is a HERO Support card that focus on the trope of Batman and other HERO's that have a number of gadgets attached to their Utility Belts where this card starts off with 1 of 3 effects which either go destroying backrow, gaining ATK for your HERO's or setting traps from your grave where during your next turn after this is in the grave, you can banish this and a HERO to draw a card.

In HERO's this card can help give you a number of options for what you can play depending on your situation in addition to extra draw power where these effects are balanced by hard OPT and the draw also requiring you to banish another HERO and cannot be played during the turn its sent to the grave.

So with the new Neos Support in Savage Strike I decided to update this deck where with everything in here theirs now Stratos back at 1 (where if I hope our next list in November/December puts Stratos up to 2 similar to the OCG where I can switch Avian out for that second Stratos.)

Ideally the deck works around Fusion summoning your HERO's where if you use Solid Soldier for a material you will be able to set up for links while getting a Fusion monster in grave for Legacy of a HERO in addition to Instant Fusion being more Link Material fodder for link summoning Isolde, Wonder Driver and Dread Decimator.

Lastly with the Neos Support it helps for both setting up field advantage, acting as a end combo card and mill/search where Neos Fusion can mill Shadow Mist to summon Brave Neos to add a HERO to your hand.

Also if you guys ask about Neos Knight, its just their to work as second target of Neos Fusion like how I have 2 Instant Fusion targets for 2 Instant Fusions.
