[Written] Element Z

20 June 2018 - 05:18 PM

Element Z
Spell Card
Apply the following effects based on the attributes of monsters you control.
● LIGHT: Target 1 face-up card your opponent controls, the targeted cards effects are negated.
● FIRE: Inflict 1000 points of damage to your opponent.
● WATER: Target 1 face-down card your opponent controls, destroy the targeted card.
● EARTH: Draw 1 card.
● WIND: Target 1 face-up card on your opponents side of the field, return the targeted card to the hand.
● DARK: Target 1 monster your opponent controls, the targeted monsters ATK and DEF become 0.
You can only activate "Element Z" once per turn.

So Element Z is a card that plays similar to link party but applies the effects depending on the attributes of monsters you control. In multi attribute decks, this card can be seen as a powerful card for what attribute effects you can combo off from this card.

Profibit Snake
Level 2 LIGHT
Cyberse/Effect
At the start of the damage step in which your Cyberse Link Monster and an opponent’s monster battles: You can send this card from the hand to the GY; return that oppoent’s monster to the hand. When a Cyberse monster you control destroys an opponent’s monster by battle and sends it to the GY while this card is in the GY: You can banish 1 card from your GY, then target 1 Level 4 or lower Cyberse monster from your GY; add that monster to the hand. You can only use each effect of "Profibit Snake" once per turn.
ATK/500 DEF/1000

[Written] Gokipoki

19 June 2018 - 12:33 PM

Gokipoki
lv 4 EARTH
Insect/Effect
When this card is sent to the GY: you can Special Summon 1 Level 4 Insect monster from your GY to your side of the field. In addition, if the summoned monster is a Normal Monster, inflict damage to your opponent equal to half of the summoned monsters ATK. You can only activate this effect of "Gokipoki" once per turn.
ATK/1200 DEF/1000

So Gokipoki is a play on Gokipole where this instead of summoning a Insect from the deck summons it from your graveyard, in addition to this, if the summoned monster was a normal monster you will be dealing damage equal to half of that monsters ATK.

In the “C” Ranger deck this can be a powerful card that when reviving “C” Ranger Shine Black with this card would deal 1000 points of damage to your opponent and helps push for game.

Gouki The White Ogre

Effect

So this card gives Gouki's a Link 1 that they can use where White Ogre acts like a Wicked Avatar when it battles always having 500 more ATK than the opponents Monster when it battles something with greater ATK. In addition this card also acts like the main deck Gouki's which can search a Gouki card from the deck and add it to your hand which this can be powerful in link laddering with this.

In Gouki's this would act as both a simple yet necessary piece to the Gouki deck in terms of link Monster line up.

[OCG] Half Decks LIGHT & DARK

19 June 2018 - 06:26 AM

Half Deck LIGHT
Half Deck DARK

These half Decks will be available at the Card Labo Trading Card Game Festival 2018 event. Size as well as contents are unknown. However, they aren’t for sale and are intended as Demonstration Decks for players, that will be given to them to keep after the demonstration.
It’s likely there should be no new cards, nor especially advanced cards. The last time these Decks showed up, they were basically extremely easy simple cards for kids and newbies to be introduced to as to avoid scaring them with too much information.

Seems like with these they also done this during Zexal and Arc-V when I looked further into this. Still these are like the mini MGT intro decks to tech new players about the game in a simple manner which is nice.
