Orion, The Dragon of Wishes

09 May 2018 - 03:44 PM

Orion, The Dragon of Wishes

Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Can only be Special Summoned by its own effect. If you control no monsters and you have no cards in your hand, you can Special Summon this card (from your deck) by banishing 5 cards from your GY. This cards summon cannot be negated. Once per turn, during your draw phase: If you have no cards in your hand, you can Special Summon 1 monster from your Deck instead of drawing a card. You must control no other monsters and have no cards in your hand to activate and resolve this effect. You can only Special Summon 1 "Orion, The Dragon of Wishes" per duel.

Picture this scene, your low on LP, your opponent wiped your board and your hands empty, you have one shot of making a board. you summon this card, don't draw, and summon a monster so you can begin your combos and work with whatever cards are left in your GY. Its a pretty situational card I know but give me your thoughts

I felt like doing a reference, also this is Arc-V

21 September 2017 - 03:00 PM

There are a few changes to this duel, just to point out. If you notice anything different, this is why.

Shun rounded the corner. 800 life points left. Time to make his next draw count. "Whats wrong shun? Cant take the heat?"Dennis cackled as his monster towered above him. He placed his hand on his deck. "Please, for the fate of the universes, make this draw count!" He roared as a golden light erupted from his deck. He looked at the card he was holding. "Its here! Do you see it Dennis? My power! My power is taking flight!" Dennis looked at shun, confused. "I activate Rank-up-Magic, Doom Double Force!"

"WHAT?" Dennis roared.

"This is it Dennis! I activate Rank-Up-Magic Doom Double force, Return from the shadows, Raidraptor Rise Falcon! Now, i overlay my rise falcon!

Arise! Avian from the stars, take flight, take control, make this duel go my way!

RAIDRAPTOR - SATTELITE CANNON FALCON!" the huge mechanical beast appeared from the swirling whirlpool and rose up. "I activate Satellite Cannon Falcons effect! By using 1 overlay unit, i reduce your monsters attack for every Raidraptor monster in my graveyard! THE POWER OF OUR FALLEN COMRADES! This is it! Spiralling Cannon!" A huge cannon wave spiralled towards Dennis's monster, and its attack and defence were reduced to zero.

"My Avians wings are filled with an awesome power! Its Ultimate power tells me to defeat you! Take this! My Pain, My Anger, AND ALL OF MY SORROWS! SHINING WING!"

The Huge avian arose to the skies, and began to make its high-speed landing. its wings shining, as it flew straight into dennis's monster, making it crash to the ground. "GAAAAAHHH!!" Dennis roared as the shockwave knocked him off his bike, and reduced his life points to 0.

So yeah if you didn't notice this is a reference to G Gundam i made, WITH THE HELP OF KYOJIIII

Odd-Eyes Link Monsters (First LINK Monsters)

28 May 2017 - 08:09 AM

Odd-Eyes are screwed, face it. We can't quickly pop our scales to SS them, we can't place 2 in scales knowing we have tons of backrow, and we can't do as much combos coz of the new rules. I tried my best to make these cards balanced while being overall useful to the archetype, without further adieu, here are the Monsters.

Odd-Eyes Virtual Dragon

Link Markers - left, right, up, down

4 Effect Monsters (min.1)

When this card is Link Summoned, if  this card is linked to a Monster in the Extra Monster Zone, you can Special Summon 1 Pendulum Monster from your face-up Extra Deck. Once per Turn: If an "Magician" Pendulum Monster or "Odd-Eyes" Pendulum Monster is destroyed in your Pendulum Zones, you can Special Summon 1 "Magician" or "Odd-Eyes" Monster in your face-up Extra Deck with a different name then the destroyed Monsters. If this card is destroyed by battle or by card effect, you can Special Summon 1 "Odd-Eyes" Monster in your face-up Extra Deck.

Technomancer Magician

Link Markers - bottom left , bottom right, down.

2 "Magician" Pendulum Monsters (min 2.)

When this card is Link Summoned, if you control no other "Odd-Eyes" or "Magician" Monsters, you can Special Summon 1 "Magician" Pendulum Monster from your Deck. Once per Turn: You can target 1 "Magician" or "Odd-Eyes" Monster in your Pendulum Zone, destroy it,  and if you do, draw 1 card. If this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, you can target 2 "Magician" Pendulum Monsters in your Graveyard, return them to the Extra Deck face-up, and if you do, Special summon this card, but banish it when it leaves the field.

Enjoy! :D

I've been in love of with this archetype since when the structure deck came out. I played ABC's for a while, but i never really got the hype for them. So when the banlist came out my Skullcrobate was released, i died.
